These terms apply when you engage QuickSite, a trading name of Elie Botombe (sole proprietor), to design and build a website or to provide add-on services such as domain registration and search setup. By asking us to start work you accept them. A written quote or agreement for your project may add to these terms.

Prices on this website are starting or package prices. The final price and scope are agreed with you in writing before work begins. Optional monthly maintenance and any domain renewal fees are quoted separately and shown alongside the package. Prices on this website may be displayed in other currencies for convenience; the currency of your quote applies.

We build your website from the requirements we agree with you and give you a working preview. Changes are handled through the revision process included in your package. You pay once you have reviewed and approved the agreed website, before it is launched.

You are responsible for the text, images, logos and other material you give us, and you confirm that you have the right to use it. We will not knowingly publish material that is unlawful or infringes anyone else's rights.

Where we register a domain for you, the domain is yours. We manage registration and renewal as part of your agreed package and will transfer it to a registrar account of your choice on request. Search setup is a one-time technical foundation (sitemap, search console and business listing). It is not a guarantee of search rankings, which depend on factors outside our control.

Your website may depend on services run by others, such as hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways and analytics. We are not responsible for outages or changes in those services, but we will help you work around them.

We will provide the services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data arising from the use of your website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act that cannot lawfully be limited.

Either of us may end the engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point, as agreed in your quote.

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. We would like to resolve any problem directly with you first. You may also approach the relevant South African consumer or dispute-resolution bodies.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. A quote or agreement already accepted is not changed without your agreement.
